Intellectual Property

National Organisations
The authority protecting the intellectual rights in Armenia is the Intellectual Property Office. It was established in March 2002 and operates under the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development.
Regional Organisations
Armenia has signed regional and international agreements in terms of intellectual property such as the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, the Eurasian Patent Organization, the Wipo Copyright treaty, among others.
